I've put together a Zope2 Frontend for Trac (http://trac.edgewall.com/) so you can run Trac from inside Zope, using Zope for authentication, and mapping Zope users to trac permissions (using trac-admin or the web-admin plugin). This simply replaces the CGI or mod_python frontends, it's not an API interface to Trac.
