Ah, sorry. That's a side-effect of disabling the persistent product installation by default. If you add "enable-product-installation on" to your zope.conf, the help system should come back. I'll add that information to the change log.

I consider the help system definitely deprecated and it will go away for good at some point. It's not been updated in ages. If there's any useful information in there at all, we should move it to http://docs.zope.org/zope2/.
It's certainly antiquated but I find it still has it's uses. And it's available offline. So if we could keep it, or something like it around that would be good, I think.
