The tests were using an xpath query like './/xmlns:ul[1]' but expecting multiple ul tags. Those tests should have failed long ago, and they do fail on my machine in much older versions of z3c.form. The difference is a newer version of libxml2 = 2.9.0 (the version in Ubuntu 13.04).
I have fixed the test and pushed to z3c.form master.
