Zope 2 should be ready. However there seems to be an unresolved issue with building the distribution archive from the sources (something for Philipp?). I can cut a 2.9 b1 release as soon as this issue is resolved (hopefully this week). ajung@sentinel:~/sandboxes/Zope-2.9/Zope: make sdist zpkg -C /develop/sandboxes/Zope-2.9/Zope/releases/Zope2.cfg 'Zopepy' is an invalid distribution component: all components must either be a Python package or provide a SETUP.cfg file ---- temporary files are in /tmp/zpkg-hFk-Wg make: *** [sdist] Error 1

This issue is now resolved (local problem on my side). So I am ready to cut a b1 release. Andreas
