Zopists, I have finished my kludge-of-the-month offering. A filter that takes ascii charaters and numbers that the Catalog fails to recognize and converts them to a set of valid letters. I would like to make it able to be used just like html_quote. Can someone please give me a pointer on how to make an external method that can be used like html_quote.
