No, but try it! The ZwinG2.zip file at: http://student.uq.edu.au/~s341625 Has a generic build system for Visual C. It would be trival to add another compiler (just write rules for *.exe, *.obj, *.dll and *.pyd files following the example in msvc.zmake).
