Hi, I have created a new tag 3.4.1 for zope.app.locales, may I ask someone to register/upload it onto PyPI, or to grant me the permission to do it (account 'ccomb' on pypi) ? Then I would like to know what are the next steps to have it included in the KGS/release for 3.4. (I'm not yet completely up to date with the latest practices for the release) thanks, Christophe
