Found it,

I downloaded the new version of zmysqlda but when I installed I used the old one (not compatible with 090 of mysql-python) Put the right one in and it works fine.

Found it by doing a double check of my steps, all the notes and qa paid off I quess.

Look at the error message you get from Zope start up, run it from the command
line / batch file rather than service to see the error.
