I have downloaded ZMySQLDA 1.1.3 and it works well.

But, I can not solve my problem even with 1.1.3 release, i.e. I can not insert or update but can select and delete as posted earlier. : (
What is interesting is that I had no such problem with old bobo releases.

Could anybody tell me what is my fault?

Yes - I've rolled the 1.4 sources in and made a 1.1.3 release of
ZMySQLDA. It should be available from the zope.org site later
today.
