I recently became interested in using the Bitpass micropayment system to sell access to some content on one of my web sites, and spent about a week developing a Zope implementation of the Bitpass gateway file -- this is a script you install on your server to enable use of the Bitpass service. Anyway, I've got a substantial amount of work done in implementing a python version of their gateway but I'm about to start a new job and will be too overloaded to continue working on it.

If anyone else is interested in using the Bitpass service, and has some time to help finish up the coding, I can email you a tarball with the work I've got done so far. Perhaps we can collaborate to complete it? I think this could be a really valuable product for the Zope community.
