I have Mandrake 9.1 with Zope 2.5.1 and second
server Mandrake 10.2 with Zope 2.9.4, old mandrake is much more better, at
10.2 I have in crontab line:
00 4 * * * root /zope/....../bin/zopectl
restart
It sometimes hangs me too.

After upgrading the OS (kernel and packages) this spring (around April
2007) we are experiencing problems with our Zope-servers "hanging". It accepts
connections, but does not give any response. Nothing is shown in the event.log
or access.log (since request never finish).
