Help! How do undo a change without the management interface?

I managed to disable my management screen by installing the Simple URLS product to the root of Zope, now it only gives an error when it trys to render the management screens. The actual Zope site is still functioning though.

I need to know how to roll back changes from the command line, so

I can repair it. I'm running Linux/ZServer/Zope 2.14

Any ideas? I'd like to know if there is a straightforward way of doing this, I'd hate to mess up my Zope site now that it's working well.
