Use your the standard Zope HTTP port when using MSIE instead of the WebDAV port.
When you like to access Zope through WebDAV with MSIE, you need to use the corresponding
webfolder.

No, i'm using it right!, (http://yourhost:8086/, and my host is Pedro).
I get and "invalid folder" error and when i try to bowse this address using IE6 i get the zope error message i said earlier: (now sending it all)

Looks like your DW is not configured properly. You must DW using WebDAV with
an URL like http://yourhost:8086/. This error looks like you are using the FTP
interface.

I'm using (Zope 2.4.2 (binary release, python 2.1, win32-x86), python 2.1.1, win32) on w2k prof.
I run zope with -W 8086 argument like the documentation says but everytime i try to access any url with webdav (with w2k, Dreamweaver, and IE) i simply cant.
 
When i use IE i get the following message:
 
Zope has encountered a problem publishing your object.

Cannot locate object at: http://pedro:8086/QuickStart/manage_FTPget

 

Can someone help me please?
