I have zope running via the ZServer (i.e. I just ran ./start and it is accessible via Netscape at http://zsunsrv1.sps.mot.com:8080/manage

How do I access ZOPE via FTP?

ftp zsunsrv1.sps.mot.com connects me into the normal ftp server.
ftp zsunsrv1.sps.mot.com:8021 gives me an unknown server error.
