I have the answer!!
The problem with my NFGnav session (which I think should be documented) is that the Root Folder security settings didn't have Anonymous allowed to "Reference in NFGnav". I turned that on and it works great..

The NFGnav doesn't work even from the default /Navigation directory.
I've tried adding VHM, SiteRoot, and explicitly calling it.. no luck.
I can open the page through Zope, and it looks great. I then put the full path to the file in the URL, and it looks great. I COPY the URL, kill the browser, open a new browser and PASTE.. no luck. The NFGnav data doesn't show.
Any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks

See if my implementation works at all for you. If it does, then you
should be able to tweak it to your needs. If not, then we see what's
going wrong.
