Hello All,

Need some help, trying to dynamically generate links on my homepage with content that is ftp-ed to my site.

I have played with cataloging items, I am having no problems with news_items, file, document etc. \

The problem is when I try to use 3^rd party products.

IE: MSWORDDOCUMENT.

I believe the product MSWORDDOCUMENT needs to be index into the catalog when a new content of type MSWORDDOCUMENT is created.

And if edited it needs to be reindex.

I don't know if this is the best practice to accomplish my goal?
