Hi fellow Zopers,

 

I have one question regarding the CatalogAwareness of sf's HTMLDocument product (http://www.zope.org/Members/sf/HTMLDocument). As I have checked this Program, it supports Zope's ZCatalog. But I have a major Problem with it: if you create a HTMLDocument and change it afterwards, the catalog does not get updated with the changed data.

 

In contrary to the DTMLDocumentExt product (http://www.zope.org/Members/Kaivo/DTMLDocumentExt) which does this job very well.

 

Since I'm not that good python programmer I would love it if someone could implement that complete Catalog Support into HTMLDocument. I already wrote two Emails to the creator but so far he has not answered.

 

So again: if there's someone out there who could quickly browse through the source and make a solution public, I'd love to hear from it :-)
