[BlueBream] versions parameter in buildout.cfg

Hi,

we have missed important parameter in buildout.cfg in paster template
bb-1.0v3:

[buildout]
...
versions = versions

it leads to real problems with the use of various software packages,
especially discouraging newcomers

Question: this is done intentionally or is it a mistake?
