[BlueBream] Preparing for 1.0a1 release

Hi,
   Today I am going to release the 1.0a1 release.
The release consists a Buildout configuration
with versions of packages pinned [1].
For simplicity, we will synchronize version of the project
template package and BlueBream release.
So, I will be updating the bluebream project template
along with the release.  Anyone want to help me on
a simple release note, please join at #bluebream at irc.freenode.net
I am afraid I can make a detailed release note for this release.
