[BlueBream] PyPI Server

Does anyone know what's going on with the PyPI server? I've never seen it this slow.

It took me two hours to download BlueBream, PasteScripts and PasteDeploy. Now downloading Paste-1.7.2 is stuck at 28%. Easy_install for these should have only taken about 10-15 minutes.
