[BlueBream] KGS for BlueBream community packages

Hi All,
          In the BBKit [1], there is a "community.cfg" to pin-down versions
of community packages.  Community package is any package which
works with BlueBream.  There are many community packages scattered
in various namespaces (z3c, zc, plone etc.).  It is very important that
we test the community packages along with the core packages.

We can also releases the community versions in a separate Buildout
configuration file at our download location:
http://download.zope.org/bluebream/
These packages are *just* community supported and not
part of BlueBream itself.  So, corresponding to BlueBream
1.0.0 release, there will be a community package versions file here:
http://download.zope.org/bluebream/bluebream-community-1.0a2.cfg

Well, I am not going to work on this myself :)
