[BlueBream] z3c.authenticator in Bluebream

Need mix IPageletBrowserLayer, also.

Since we have not yet complete example applications (my fault, too), see
example of z3c.pagelet based skin layer here:
http://github.com/astoon/ice.control/tree/master/src/ice/control/skin/ and
use such zcml and interfaces.
