[BlueBream] ImportError: No module named script.command

I checked the installation, and reinstalled PasteScript, but the same
result:
c:\Zope\sampleproject>.\bin\buildout.exe
Develop: 'c:\\Zope\\sampleproject\\.'
install_dir c:\Zope\sampleproject\develop-eggs\tmpvqx229build
Uninstalling test.
Uninstalling app.
Installing app.
Getting distribution for 'PasteScript==1.7.3'.
Got pastescript 1.7.3.
Generated script 'c:\\Zope\\sampleproject\\bin\\paster'.
Generated interpreter 'c:\\Zope\\sampleproject\\bin\\bbpy'.
Installing test.
Generated script 'c:\\Zope\\sampleproject\\bin\\test'.
c:\Zope\sampleproject>.\bin\paster shell debug.ini
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "c:\Zope\sampleproject\bin\paster-script.py", line 115, in <module>
import paste.script.command
ImportError: No module named script.command
