[BlueBream] New bluebream recipe

Hi,

I've just created a new bluebream recipe and I am looking for some feedback:

* http://pypi.python.org/pypi/collective.recipe.bluebream/0.3.0


You can see it in use here:

* http://dist.aclark.net/build/bluebream/1.0/buildout.cfg


And you can use it via an "extendable" like so:

* http://dist.aclark.net/build/bluebream/1.0/README.rst


It also aims to support "develop eggs" via the ``eggs`` parameter like so::

   [bluebream]
   eggs =
     my.package
