[BlueBream] New bluebream recipe

Thank you for the new blue bream recipe.  Dated July 27, 2011

When I go to the bluebream download page,

http://download.zope.org/bluebream/

The latest release is Jan 18, 2011.  That is a long time ago in internet
time.  Coupled with this almost dead mailing list, it gives me the
impression that bluebream is quite the dead package. 

I presume that your blue bream recipe is a newer way of installing all
the right packages and just works.  Is there anyway we can update the
releases page to refer to your work?  That would correctly give people
the impression that bluebream is keeping up with the changes driven by
the Zope 4/Plone people, and the Pyramid people. 

In any case, I think tomorrow I will try out your script, then enable
the ZMI, and then get to work on the stuff that I want to do.
