Done. Though I wonder what's the relationship between CHANGES.txt and  
KGS-HISTORY.txt? Why does CHANGES.txt seem to suggest that  
zope.release 3.4.0 was released some time in January? Was it released?  
Do the zope.release version numbers stand for the KGS version numbers?  
Why does setup.py say version='3.4'?
