Merged changes from HEAD:

Deal with the presence of opaque subitems (subitems that are not stored
using standard ObjectManager interface, typically talkbacks) in
PortalContent using opaqueItems/opaqueIds/opaqueValues instead of
objectValues & co.

Allowed Portal Folders to be discussable.
