Yes, that's the idea.  We're not there yet on importing.

Zope is an important project for Launchpad, because the Launchpad code
uses a lot of Zope.  I can arrange doing an import of things like
Collector issues even before we have a formal import mechanism, if this
is desired.  This can be based on an XML dump in whatever format is
easiest from the Collector's data model.
