Paragraph 10 describes the process. You don't need to do anything. The
amendment notice is just that, a notice.
It's not specifically laid down in the bylaws, but should there be
significant dissent the author of the amendment is expected to follow
a reasonable course and either alter or revoke the pending amendment.
We have discussed nailing down specifics for that particular situation
during the last board meeting, but the consensus was to leave the
provisions as they are. We want to retain flexibility and ease the
currently unavoidable process of bylaws fine tuning as we are "growing
into" the new bylaws.
