[ZF] Repository choice: Please indicate your preference until Sunday 9/23

Hi everyone,

I am in favour of option #2, if all issues regarding code protection and user 
authentication have been resolved. While I was not able to read all of the 
messages of the last thread completely, it seemed to me that there were great 
reservations about GitHub's ability to properly authenticate contributions.

If the issues have not been resolved, I would vote for #3.
