The board voted today to recognize the "de facto" repostiory committee
(members of the Github "Owners" team for the 'zopefoundation' organization
 as the official board committee:

 - Jim Fulton

 - Jens Vagelpohl

 - Andreas Jung

 - Tres Seaver

The board also voted to add Stephan Richter and Marius Gedminas to the
repository committee.  I have added Stephan and Marius to the "Owners"
team the zopefoundation organization.
