[ZF] State of the Zope marks in Germany?

Hi there,

just for curiosity: what is the state of the registered marks of Zope in general and in Germany.

The term „Zope“ is registered in DE by Zope Corp (no longer existing), the Zope logo is registered in DE
by Zope Europe Association (also no longer existing). Which are the actual marks that are owned by the ZF?
