[Grok-dev] Problems with static directory

Hi there,

It appears we still have some problems with the static directory. It 
works for files placed under 'static', but as soon as you introduce
a subdirectory we get errors: complaints about checkers not being
allowed None to be precise, when you try to access any resource in the
subdirectory. That annoying pervasive Zope 3 security...

Any clues on how to fix this? Checkins with a fix and test are welcome,
hint, hint. :)
