[Grok-dev] buildout and download errors [was: admin-UI: merge tonight]

Another error I always get:

Download error: unknown url type: https -- Some packages may not be found!

Adding -vvvvv to the buildout command revealed this:

Getting required 'grok'
  required by kirbi 0.1.0.
Download error: unknown url type: https -- Some packages may not be found!
We have the best distribution that satisfies 'grok'.
Picked: grok = 0.9dev-r77767

So the download error happens when buildout is getting grok itself.
