That is what I suspected also.

What I do not like about the PostmortemDebuggingHTTP server is that it
offers a "Continue" command, but that just takes you to an "Internal
Server Error" page.  Game over. (It seems it is very serious about the
whole postmortem thing.)

Eventually, I just stopped using it.  If it had a "Resurrection"
command, I might try it again. ;-)
