[Grok-dev] Broken object support for admin UI

Hi there,

just checked in changes to the trunk, so that the admin UI now supports
deletion of broken objects.

 - Broken app-objects are now displayed as such (this was not the case 
   before) and can be deleted. I see that repairing objects would be 
   much finer, but this is a much more difficult task, which requires 
   some research from my side before.

Minor fixes/changes:

 - interfaces in modules should be displayed from now on in the class 
   browser.

 - renamed macros template from 'Macros' to 'GrokAdminMacros' to avoid
   clashes with user applications.
