Agree with you, such list and sites that blog about grok would be  
sweat, of course in order for that to happen people have to take the  
time to do some blogging :)
The b-list.org for django is super sweet, not just django related,  
actually learned some python stuff from there, maybe next year we will  
have more things to blog about (not that there aren't things to blog  
already it's just that i don't really see blogging posts about groks  
many features and how to get your feet wet with them).
If i would know more stuff i would blog about the grok features, i  
think that since the tutorial only cover things to a certain point,  
things of more intermediate terms should be talked about.
