[Grok-dev] Pushing for 1.0

I agree with your sentiment. I don't feel like viewlets need to be part 
of the core, but it does need a solid maintainer. Hopefully we've been 
through enough iterations and v1.0 will mean more stability in grokker 
creation. :)
