[Grok-dev] Re: Module with the same name as package

I ran into this problem yesterday and spent some time scratching my
head over it, so +1 on making the error message more clear :)

I don't like option A as my first instinct when making a quick 1-module
Grok app is to have the module have same name as the package. Option B
and C both sound good to me, if I'd had to guess on Grok behaviour I
would have gone with something like 'herd/templates' gets associated
with the package.
