[Grok-dev] Suggested look for grok.zope.org

Lots of great feedback. I need to do some thinking, but I think you  
will see most of them in some way or another in the final layout  
(though maybe not exactly in the way you would have expected... ;) ).  
Thank's for all your thoughts.

Final Layout probably in the middle of next week. Right now I need to  
focus on some work, and understanding the inner workings of the  
Grokstar. :)
