[Grok-dev] Where is the canonical place for API docs?

While looking for "Zope 3 API documentation" I discovered that
googling that obvious phrase is no help.

Phillip's book mentions the ++apidoc++ system and teaches how to
enable it, but following the steps in my edition of the book did not
work in an instance created by grokproject (I get a page not found
error when going to http://localhost:8080/++apidoc++). I noticed this
works in a plain Zope 3 instance built from source.

What am I missing?
