Like Martijn said, Zope 3 has an extensive authentication mechanism. For 
a complete rundown I suggest chapter 23 of my book 
(http://worldcookery.com). The rest is probably worth reading anyway if 
you want to get into serious Zope3-based development (which includes Grok).
