While Grok has a reasonably developed permission story (as explained in 
the post by Tim), creating users (and groups) is still the Zope 3 way. 
This is more complicated for simple cases than it should be. I think 
there is probably room for a 'simple users/groups' story for Zope 3 
(and/or Grok).
