Yes, but not a monolithic framework. You need to have different
"layers" when beginners can start out at the easy layer, and then,
when needed learn the next layer, and so on.

Well, I think you may have a point there. And of course, in any case,
we will have to have a page template language to use for the
tutorials, and that will therefore become the "default", however you
look at it, so it's really a moot discussion.
