[Grok-dev] plan: release Grok 0.11 tuesday (november 6)

Hi there,

I would like to propose the following release date for Grok 0.11: 
tuesday november 6, likely somewhere in the afternoon.

We don't expect many changes with the trunk with this release. In 
particular we'd like to keep the list of eggs very similar to what it is 
now (except to actually solve issues).

If there is anything you'd like to make sure is in the release, please 
let us know!
