Agreed. svn.zope.org/grok/website/buildouts/ for the buildouts and  
related bits.

How about svn.zope.org/gzo.plonepolicy and svn.zope.org/gzo.plonetheme  
for the python packages?

gzo could be a namespace package for grok.zope.org to hold any  
packages we develop specifically for supporting the Grok web site.
