At the moment, somebody interested in developing Grok applications (as
opposed to Grok itself) could easily get the impression that tests were
a "nice-to-have" / "add them later" luxury. Even if she knows that
tests are important, and wants to do TDD, she has to leave the Grok
world to find out how to write or run them. This impression is
particularly unfortunate, in that Grok itself and Zope3 are (mostly)
shining examples of the benefits of TDD.

Martijn just voted to punt on a non-boilerplate solution for now, so we
can at least go forward with generating the initially-empty tests in
grokproject. If we change docs, etc. to show / encourage running and
extending the tests, that will go a long way toward addressing my concerns.
