[Grok-dev] Removing some packages from the versions.cfg

I think we can/should safely remove the following lines from 
versions.cfg in Grok...

   setuptools = 0.6c7
   zc.recipe.egg = 1.0.0b6
   zc.recipe.filestorage = 1.0a5
   zc.recipe.testrunner = 1.0.0b8
   zc.zope3recipes = 0.6b1

...since, as far as I can see there're dependencies not so much of Grok 
but of the zc.buildout infrastructure. Or do I miss some possble 
implication?
