We should. But if we do, we'll find out that some of the "stable" 3.4.x 
releases  (e.g. zope.app.securitypolicy [1]) have backwards-incompatible 
changes due to the premature split-up introduced by Roger and Stephan. 
These need to be fixed upstream before we can proceed.
