+1 for Grok Handbook from me as well.
"Rules of Grok" is nice, and IMHO better than the alternatives
presented in this thread so far except for Grok Handbook, with which I
think Brandon hit the nail on the head.
Anyway, thanks for the excellent text, Martijn. I made some fixes on
it last night that I hope you agree with.
